Downhill ‘Cubs Club’ promises a range of activities to suit every child's interests including; sportsand games, swimming and swimming classes, arts & crafts, dance classes,treasure hunts on the grounds of the hotel and a healthy dose of fun and holiday memories during their stay at the hotel. Cubs Club is open during all the mid term breaks and entire summer holidays; look forward to forthcoming events in Easter, Summer and Halloween breaks 2012.
Cubs Camp is open to children from the age of 4 years to 12 years of age.
Kids ‘Tea Time’ is served in Dining Room @ 6pm, followed by planned evening entertainment from 7pm, ito 9pm, ncluding Cookies & Milk served on the Kids movie night.. leaving Mum & Dad free time to relax and enjoy some quality time together. Babysitting service available on request.

Local Activities include; Ballina Town Park, is litterly only a 5 minute walk from the Downhill House Hotel,. Providing great outdoor activities, a family can pack a a picnic basket or have one made up for you in the hotel, feed the ducks at the park, let the kids run free or play in the outdoor basketball and tennis courts.
Tumble Jungle, (Only a ten min drive from the hotel) Bunree Road Ballina Co Mayo is a state of the art indoor playcentre. At 13500 sq ft, it is the largest in Ireland. Belleek Woods is situated along the banks of the river Moy directly across the water from the Quay village.
