The Wedding Showcase of the West on, Sunday 3rd April 2011.
The spring flowers were blooming in the Downhill gardens on Sunday 3rd April, as over thirty wedding exhibitors displayed their wares to the eager wedding couples. Couples were greeted with drinks on arrival and entry into a free draw for accommodation and dining vouchers in the hotel restaurant.
The wedding showcase commenced at 2pm and the ballroom was packed with visiting wedding couples from all over the county. The array of wedding suppliers varied from dazzling beautiful wedding dresses supplied by “Your Perfect Day” in Castlebar, accompanied by handsome Grooms from Olivers menswear in Ballina, and for the mother of the bride a beautiful array of Spring/Summer ensembles from Finesse, in Foxford.
The Downhill House Hotel recently nominated in Ireland's Top 100 Wedding Suppliers list as voted for by the brides and grooms of WeddingsOnline.ie.
